At rz-resells, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives visibly broken or damaged during shipping.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review, you must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Clear photos of the original packaging

Any additional information we may request to verify the damage
Once the damage is confirmed, we will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Items with no visible shipping damage

Items damaged after delivery

Incorrect sizing or fit
